1. Tutors will be in charge of a class of 5 students. The class will meet twice a week on the weekends (sat & sun) in the evenings as per India time. Meetings will be virtual, over Google meet.
2. The tutor's primary goal is not to teach but to encourage students to speak up. Plan your activities accordingly.
3. The tutors will be required to describe their availability during the week, they must report three hours during which they will be available to interview new students interested in the program. An interview lasts 15 minutes and a tutor usually gets only one (if any) per week.
